About Ashley
About Me
- Name: Ashley
- Location: Fort Collins, Colorado, United States
AT WORK: a mild-mannered philanthropic professional. THE REST OF THE TIME: a trail-running fool with a passion for long excursions in the outdoors. This leads to a single-minded determination to run up the next hill, and then the next and the next! It also makes her seem totally crazy to most other human beings (but we've heard this is common among trail runners).

I agree that when one KNOWS his pace should be faster - it gets faster...funny how mental aspect of training overrules physical soemtiems:)
Nice! My hubby was just reading this book too. My VDOT is all over the place (based on 5K, 1/2 and marathon), which I think means I haven't come close to my potential in the marathon.

Now by SOME of you.........you don't mean ME do you?
Who am I kidding, Beth: by "some of you" I actually mean ME.
