AT WORK: a mild-mannered philanthropic professional. THE REST OF THE TIME: a trail-running fool with a passion for long excursions in the outdoors. This leads to a single-minded determination to run up the next hill, and then the next and the next! It also makes her seem totally crazy to most other human beings (but we've heard this is common among trail runners).

Totally, Slush. The trails are totally brutal...it's like they don't believe in switchbacks out east. ;-)
